The occasion marked the launch of the latest Fenty x Puma Creeper Phatty colorways, where Rihanna debuted a striking new hair color along with wispy bangs.
Her revamped hair, several shades lighter than her previous golden blonde locks at Coachella, was complemented by a vibrant red lip and a hint of light pink blush.
Embracing the warm earthy tones of the collection, Rihanna donned an oversized moss green suit jacket paired with a dark brown jumpsuit, accentuated by orange-tinted sunglasses.
The original Creeper, a platformed rendition of PUMA’s iconic Suede sneaker, first hit the shelves in September 2015. According to a press release, Rihanna’s latest iteration, the Creeper Phatty, boasts an oversized design and stacked gum sole, exuding a bigger, bolder, and edgier vibe. The collection introduces three new colors — totally taupe, green fog, and warm white — available across women’s, men’s, kids, and infant sizes.
Since becoming a mother to her sons RZA and Riot in May 2022 and August 2023, respectively, with rapper A$AP Rocky, whom she’s been romantically linked with since 2020, Rihanna has prioritized comfort in her style choices.
In an interview with Interview magazine for its spring 2024 edition, Rihanna shared her approach to fashion as a mom, stating, “It’s more like I spend my time getting the kids dressed to death, and then I’m like, ‘What’s the most comfortable outfit to wear around them? What’s not going to feel uncomfortable on their face or on their body or make me feel like I can’t hold them properly?’ Moms are lazy dressers in real life.”
