Reddit user Skye_b666 shared her journey, explaining that traumatic events in 2018 and 2022 led to significant hair shedding. Initially, her doctor suggested iron deficiency due to her poor diet. However, blood tests for iron, vitamin D, and thyroid levels showed normal results, confirming that her hair loss was due to trauma.
To address the issue, she incorporated specific supplements and a scalp care routine into her lifestyle. She began taking organic beef organ and liver supplements for additional iron and energy, along with daily doses of vitamin D ranging from 1000 to 3000 IU.
