Though Dr. Motykie has never treated the Trumps, he speculates that Trump has spent around $160,000 on hair transplants, citing evidence of multiple surgeries, including hairline raising and flap techniques. This theory is supported by Trump’s late ex-wife, Ivana, who claimed he had scalp reduction surgery and liposuction. Dr. Motykie also estimates Trump may have spent $80,000 on veneers.
Surprisingly, Melania Trump is thought to have spent less on cosmetic work than her husband. Dr. Motykie suggests she likely had a nose job, fillers, and Botox, estimating her procedures at $45,000 to $50,000, despite Melania’s previous comments about aging gracefully.
Ivanka Trump, whose appearance has evolved over time, is also the subject of surgery rumors. Dr. Motykie believes she has had at least one rhinoplasty and possibly a chin implant. He also suggests she may have had facial fillers and Botox to maintain her youthful look as she enters her 40s.
