IGK Hair is set to expand its popular dry shampoo line with the upcoming release of a tinted version, specifically designed for individuals with darker hair. The new product, First Class After Dark Charcoal Detox Dry Shampoo, is poised to become a go-to solution for those looking to refresh their hair with minimal effort.
This advanced formula is crafted to absorb oil, neutralize odors, and add volume, leaving hair looking freshly washed for up to seven days. Infused with charcoal, it works to detoxify the scalp and remove dirt and buildup. Additionally, the dry shampoo features a unique avocado-coated pigment that helps the product adhere to the hair, reducing transfer and ensuring a seamless blend with dark hair tones.
In a consumer perception study involving 34 participants over a seven-day period, the results were overwhelmingly positive. A full 100% of respondents agreed the product effectively absorbed excess oil from both the scalp and hair. Furthermore, 97% reported that the dry shampoo left no white residue and seamlessly blended with their natural hair color.
Priced at $32, the First Class After Dark Charcoal Detox Dry Shampoo is currently available on IGKhair.com and at Ulta stores. The product will also be available in Target starting in March 2025.
