Organized by Creative Oceanic, powered by Oceanic Awards, the winners were revealed earlier this month, with Blackburn, Burnley, and Nelson establishments securing positions among the finest in the northwest region.

Among the notable winners are Samantha Rose Skin and Laser in Blackburn, Bliss Hair and Beauty in Burnley, Betty-Rose Beauty Boutique in Nelson, and Hard as Nails in Burnley, each clinching prestigious accolades.
Samantha Rose, proprietor of Samantha Rose Skin and Laser, expressed elation at winning the coveted title of Best Aesthetics Clinic of the Year. Reflecting on the achievement, she remarked, “It feels amazing. We have been established for seven years, but I have transformed the business over the last three.” Emphasizing their commitment to excellence, she added, “We only invest in the best machines and products.”
In a similar vein, Rachel Shuttleworth of Betty-Rose Beauty Boutique in Nelson shared her excitement at being crowned Local Salon of the Year. “I am absolutely stunned and over the moon,” she exclaimed. Rachel attributed the win to her dedication to staying abreast of trends and her enduring bond with clients, saying, “I am passionate about my career and clients.”
