Joey King has surprised fans with another new look.
The actress appeared on two red carpets in Paris on June 23, catching everyone’s attention with her new blonde hair. She wore a metallic pink minidress for one event and a white minidress with pom-poms for the other, but her hair was the main attraction.
King, 24, showcased her freshly bleached hair at the Paris premiere of “Despicable Me 4” and later at Vogue World: Paris. The new hairstyle, shorter and brighter, is perfect for the summer.
Her hairstylist, Dimitris Giannetos, shared her new look on Instagram, calling it “the playboy blonde.” He mentioned using Moroccanoil products to achieve the sunny blonde shade.
In May, King and Giannetos had tricked everyone at the Cannes Film Festival with a “Prada bob.” The micro bob hairstyle looked real, and King wore it effortlessly with a butter-yellow Miu Miu dress on May 25, making a big impression.
However, the bob was actually a wig. Giannetos explained to PEOPLE that they used a high-quality, waist-length wig and cut it into a sleek bob. This allowed King to change her look dramatically without cutting her real hair. The transformation showcased the versatility and fun of playing with different hairstyles.
