4. Health Issues: Conditions like vitiligo, thyroid disorders, and others can also cause premature graying, so medical evaluation is advisable if you notice unusual graying.
To prevent graying, focus on key points:
- Manage stress through outdoor activities and hobbies.
- Get adequate sleep by reducing late nights.
- Maintain a balanced diet, avoiding monotony.
- Seek medical advice if gray hair appears suddenly.
Avoid unproven remedies claiming to restore hair color; a healthy body will naturally support hair health. Even as hair turns gray with age, it typically doesn’t impact life significantly, so there’s no need for anxiety.
