Venture Catalysts, an integrated incubator and accelerator platform, has invested in a seed funding round for Assure Clinics, a pioneering healthcare provider reshaping the dermatology and hair restoration sector in India. The round also attracted significant backing from key investors, including Sathish Subbiah, Founding Partner of Fiducia Capital in Dubai, and Indresh Shah of Honor’s Group UAE, who bring valuable expertise to support Assure Clinics’ expansion.
Assure Clinics, founded by Abhishek Pramod Pilani and Priyanka Pilani, has emerged as a leader in providing innovative dermatological and hair restoration services across India. The company operates a growing network of 15 centers, offering a wide array of treatments such as advanced hair transplantation techniques, skin care solutions, and specialized hair and skin products. With a team of over 250 employees, Assure Clinics is rapidly establishing itself as a key player in the healthcare sector.
Apoorva Ranjan Sharma, Co-founder and MD of Venture Catalysts, highlighted the significant growth potential in the aesthetics industry. “Assure Clinics exemplifies the intersection of healthcare excellence and market opportunity within India’s expanding aesthetics sector. With a proven track record and a strong leadership team, the company is well-positioned for scaling. India’s hair transplant market alone is projected to reach USD 560 million by 2032, making this investment an exciting prospect in Pilani’s vision to create a nationwide network of premium dermatological care centers,” Sharma said. He added that the investment aligns with Venture Catalysts’ strategy of supporting companies transforming traditional sectors through innovation.
Assure Clinics’ service portfolio includes cutting-edge treatments such as follicular unit extraction (FUE) and direct hair implantation (DHI), along with therapies like platelet-rich plasma (PRP) and mesotherapy. Additionally, the company offers a range of skin treatments, from acne care to anti-aging solutions, as well as laser procedures.
Abhishek Pilani, Founder of Assure Clinics, expressed optimism about the future following the funding round. “This investment is a crucial milestone in our journey to revolutionize hair and skin care. With the support of our investors, we are ready to enhance our services, expand our reach, and incorporate advanced technologies that will redefine patient care. Our mission is to foster an environment built on trust, excellence, and compassion, ensuring every patient receives the confidence-boosting treatments they deserve,” Pilani stated.
The funding will support Assure Clinics’ ongoing efforts to provide high-quality dermatological and hair restoration care while expanding its network across India.
