Shalini Passi, known for her appearance on Netflix’s Fabulous Lives of Bollywood Wives, has responded to rumours suggesting she underwent a hair transplant. In an interview with Bombay Times, Shalini laughed off the claims, saying, “It’s funny because my family and friends know I’ve had long hair for years. I’ve shaved my head four times, and it always grows back. My hair’s texture remains the same, it’s just the way it’s always been.”
Shalini also shared her history of hair donation, revealing that she’s donated her hair four times at Tirupati. She emphasized her preference for keeping her hair natural and uncomplicated, as she plans to donate it again in the future. The last time she shaved her hair was in 2018. In addition, Shalini and her husband Sanjay Passi donated Rs 10 crore to Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams in 2021.
Despite the resurgence of old photos, including wedding images, Shalini stated she doesn’t mind the attention. “I feel it’s not an invasion of privacy because I receive so much love and I have nothing to hide,” she said, adding that she’s open about her personal life, including details about her age and family.
