Lidl has introduced a new budget-friendly hair care range that mirrors the quality of high-end products, offering a professional-caliber routine at a fraction of the cost. Available in 700 stores across Spain, the Secret Code professional hair care range includes two lines: PLEX for straight hair and Curly for curly hair. Both lines are formulated without sulphates or parabens, are 100% vegan, and cruelty-free.
The PLEX line, which strengthens and protects hair, costs just 14.76 euros for a complete routine. This is significantly cheaper than similar high-end products, where individual bottles can cost upwards of 20 euros. The four PLEX products—repair shampoo, intensive treatment, leave-in conditioner, and repair oil—are enriched with plant-based proteins and Panthenol (Provitamin B5) to nourish and fortify hair from root to tip.
The Curly line, designed to define and nourish curls, offers a full routine for just 14.06 euros. It includes curl shampoo, mask, gel, and cream, all formulated without sulphates, parabens, mineral oils, or drying alcohols.
With these affordable yet high-quality alternatives, Lidl is making professional hair care more accessible to consumers.
