Darla Wathen from Cardiff is one learner who has found this program beneficial. Her passion for hair and the desire to acquire the skills necessary to excel in the industry led her to this qualification. Through her placement at Henderson & Co salon and with the support of ACT tutor Charlotte Sims, Darla has been able to develop her skills and confidence in a salon setting.
Darla expressed her enthusiasm for her placement, stating, “My favorite thing about the placement is that it doesn’t feel like I’m going to work at all – it’s like going back to my second family. I also love the advice different stylists give. Every day I learn and grow.”
