“They banged up the trailer because my fender is on the side,” Foster revealed. What remains of her beloved mobile salon are pieces of her trailer and a damaged gate at the storage facility near I-10.
“They stole from a community,” Foster emphasized, her voice heavy with emotion. “There are kids that won’t get a haircut if I don’t have my trailer, and I don’t have it. I’m so overwhelmingly distraught about it, and I just don’t understand why.”
